Delivery timeframes depend on your location and are provided as estimates only. While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that exact dates cannot be guaranteed.
Public Holidays
Orders are processed on business days only. Shipping does not occur on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Sales & Peak Periods
During peak times, such as promotional sales or holiday periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your Vantier account.
Customs & Duty Charges
For international deliveries, please note that orders shipped to New Zealand valued over NZ$1,000 may attract GST and import duties as determined by New Zealand Customs. These charges are outside Vantier’s control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
