What is Vantier’s Return Policy?

At Vantier, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. Our return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your product:

Has a major fault (for example, is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or cannot be used for its intended purpose); or

Develops a minor fault that cannot be easily repaired within a reasonable time.

What is not covered

We do not provide returns, refunds, or exchanges if you simply change your mind, decide you no longer want the item, or select the wrong size, style, or colour.

Conditions for returning an item

If your product has a problem under the ACL, to be eligible for a return it must:

  • Be returned with proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt);
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible (e.g. Vantier gift box or pouch); and
  • Be returned within a reasonable time after you notice the problem.
